The Sentient Endpoint Manager provides Effective Patch Management, Patches all Platforms and multiple 3rd party apps, and patch configuration compliance in hours as against days. Comprehensive compliance and security management through unified reporting, management of latest software and OS patches, accurate configurations, and full adherence to corporate policies.

Radia utilizes a tiered server architecture horizontally scalable to provide configuration management services to managed devices across the infrastructure. The sizing, quantity, and placement of Radia Servers are dependent on the geographical distribution of users, network connectivity between remote sites and the central facilities. This is the focal point for administrative activities of policy administration, report generation, importing certified contents for distribution, and replicating to downstream servers.

  • Prerequisites planning along with implementation schema, type and size of servers (DC Core Server, DR Core Server, Production SQL Server), required software (MySQL, Visual C++), Client Machines, Network Infrastructure, and Bandwidth, Network Ports and Client Agents.
  • Prepare and review policy administration, client targeting strategies, patch reporting requirements, security requirements, role-based access rights, Change Control Procedures to drive changes and configurations during the implementation.
  • Create build and test environment – prepare infrastructure for implementation, initiate backup and restore processes for new servers, testing, and preview, apply latest patch level on Core Servers, Configure Patch Manager, build Radia agent on existing clients, test and validate new Radia infrastructure, validate patch management on new clients.
  • Configure policies for software, inventory, and usage.
  • Implementation of Software, Usage, Inventory, and Patch Manager in Production.
  • Deployment in the Production environment with specified number of installations in branches and to sync with production testing at branch endpoints, pilot testing of Radia in production, prepare clients for Radio agents upgrade on production.
  • Training and Administrative Documentation.
  • Assist I.T. Administrators on round the year basis.
  • Incident based post-implementation and support services.
