Bala, an Industry Veteran has managed key roles in leading IT Firms & was instrumental in getting Avnet Inc., a Global Major in Value Added Distribution in India through sale of his co-owned Ontrack Solutions, a Regional Systems Integrator. He then led & build Avnet in India as the Country Head. In his career of 4 decades Bala, has aligned with Global OEMs viz. IBM, HPE, VMware, Citrix, CheckPoint, Fortinet, SAP, Double-Take & Others. Bala is an alumnus of the renowned B-School Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with specialization in Administrative Management.
Harsha Kotian
Senior Manager Operations
Harsha spearheads the Operations for Value Added Distribution of ValueData Technologies. Her rich experience of 20 years includes a wide gamut of functions in multiple organisations thus endowing ValueData Technologies the advantage of Harsha's knowledge and versatility. Harsha is a graduate from the prestigious University of Mumbai. Harsha adds significant value to ValueData Technologies by being accountable for Sales Operations along with the Distribution Operations and renders support to all of ValueData Technolgies’ business lines. She is part of the senior management of ValueData Technologies, which includes the Strategic Planning function.
Prior to her assignment in ValueData Technologies, Harsha was responsible for Distribution Operations in Avnet Technology Solutions, a Leading Global VAD. Here, she setup the entire operations from Day Zero including sales operations and distribution logistics. She was a key member of Avnet's GIS team for deployment of systems in India including defining and implementing compliance policies. In Avnet, she built a strong and motivated team to drive Avnet's value proposition in the market, focus on building strong processes, drive efficiencies across system, and help the team to build deeper engagement with partners and suppliers.
Harsha's specialization is in Operational Efficiencies, and is part of the Strategic Planning team to forge partnership & alliances with global suppliers. She believes building strong and motivated teams drives interdependencies to achieve Organizational goals.

Rony leads the Business Development & Sales for ValueData Technologies with 3&half decades experience spanning IT Infrastructure, Software, Services & Value Distribution. Rony’s most recent assignment aligning with Global OEMs was in Value Distribution in next generation technologies of Virtualization, Analytics, Big Data, Data Management & Integration Platforms, Performance Management and Business Intelligent Tools. Rony, too is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with Specialization in Marketing Management.
